Shipping/Return/Cancellation

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, you MUST return it within 5 business days from your purchase date.

  •  You MUST include a copy of your original invoice/receipt as well as a note explaining why the product is being returned. 
  • All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.
  •  We will refund the shipping cost if the item resulted as of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 
  •   Refunds will be calculated minus shipping & handling and special discounts. 
  •   There will be a 15% restocking fee applied on all returned products NO EXCEPTIONS. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of returning and us receiving the item. In most cases (if its a local purchase) you will receive a refund quicker. 

Note: The return timeframe allots for package transit to/from customer to us. The time it takes to process your return once received is  3 to 5 business days. Once refunds are issued it is up to your bank to process on your end. We are not responsible nor do we get involved with their processing timeframes. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE refunded. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Often times we will request an expectant completion date for your order to ensure that we are meeting your deadline date. 

We do understand that things do happen. However, 1) if an order has been completed already, 2) is in the process of being completed and material has been cut, 3) cancelled due to the wrong date being provided, or 3) you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer you a few choices to replace the item/product of equal value or refund your money deducting a 15% restocking fee. 

Keep in mind that materials are being used to produce your product. As materials do costs us to make your design we are faced with a loss in these type situations and must pass this cost onto the customer. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED NO EXCEPTIONS!
